Our Shutters with Easy Fix need to be fitted within a recess to allow the unique no-drill fixing to hold the shutter frame in place. You'll use the front of recess fitting method.
The front of recess frame includes a lip that will wrap around onto the surrounding walls, so you don't need to worry about concealing any gaps.
Please note that this product is not suitable for bay windows, windows that open inwards, or windows with a fully tiled recess.
For further information on the configuration of specific shutter ranges, please make sure you read the "Product Spec" on the product pages.

Measure the width at the front of the recess in three places to find the smallest dimension.
Measure the height at the front of the recess in three places to find the smallest dimension.
If you are measuring for side-by-side windows, please make the height provided the same for each. This will ensure a matching number of slats.
We recommend deducting 4mm for tolerance from your smallest width and height sizes.
That's it, you're now ready to start configuring your Shutters with Easy Fix!
