Our 'Easy Fix' fixing is an innovative screw mechanism that's embedded into the shutter frame. The sharp point on the end makes contact with your window recess and grips to the plaster. When all the fixings are tightened up with the Allen key, the pressure that's created holds the shutter in place.
This is also why our Shutters with Easy Fix often include a centralised T-Post, in order to provide the frame with additional support.
